Zealwe Tech at CSPV 2025 | Two High-Impact Technical Reports You Won’t Want to Miss
Zealwe Tech to Present Two Key Technical Reports at CSPV 2025
The 21st China Solar-Grade Silicon and Photovoltaic Power Generation Conference (CSPV 2025), jointly organized by Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Solar Energy Institute), Zhejiang University (State Key Lab of Silicon Materials), Sun Yat-sen University (Solar Energy System Institute), and Shanghai Solar Energy Society, will be held on November 27–29, 2025, in Huainan, Anhui.
As one of the most influential technical conferences in China’s PV silicon materials, device engineering, and system applications, CSPV consistently gathers leading experts from universities, research institutes, and industrial R&D teams. It remains a key platform to observe the frontier directions of PV technology.
This year, Zealwe Tech, as an important member of the Shanghai Solar Energy Society, will deliver two core technical presentations:
📘 Report 1 — Key Factors Affecting UVID Test Results
Time: November 28, 15:40–15:50
Venue: 2F, Huangshan Hall
Ultraviolet Induced Degradation (UVID) is a critical indicator for evaluating outdoor durability of PV modules. However, UVID test results often vary widely across different laboratories due to multiple influencing factors—including lamp stability, irradiance uniformity, surface temperature control, airflow design, and thermal management.
Drawing on Zealwe’s extensive experience in UV system development and turnkey lab delivery, this presentation will:
Analyze the main factors affecting repeatability and stability of UVID results
Highlight critical control points that laboratories must consider
Provide practical recommendations for equipment selection, chamber design, and test consistency
The insights aim to support laboratories, manufacturers, and certification bodies in achieving more reliable and comparable UVID outcomes.
📘 Report 2 — Retrospective and Future Trends of PV Module Reliability Laboratories
Time: November 29, 11:45–12:00
Venue: 2F, Tianzhu Hall
Updates in international standards, evolving outdoor application scenarios, and rapid material innovation are collectively reshaping the next cycle of PV reliability testing technologies.
Based on Zealwe’s practical experience in building PV reliability labs worldwide, this report will:
Review major evolution trends in module reliability testing
Discuss emerging technical requirements driven by new materials and system designs
Provide forward-looking perspectives on laboratory construction, capability planning, and long-term investment strategy
These insights will help customers and partners better plan their future reliability testing infrastructure.
Stay Tuned for On-Site Updates
During the conference, Zealwe Tech will continuously share live updates, key takeaways, and industry insights.
We welcome researchers, industry partners, and customers to join us in exploring how testing, standards, and applications can be more tightly connected.
